Both sides have won two and lost one of their three games so far, with Luton’s goal difference putting them in second place in the EFL Youth Alliance South East table with U’s in fourth, and last weekend saw Sutton progress in the League Cup against Stevenage, the side separating Luton and Sutton in the table, while Luton went out at Cambridge.
Sutton’s previous appearance in the stadium this season saw a 4-1 win over Leyton Orient (above), while last season Luton came to the VBS with a 100% record after eleven games but a first half goal saw U’s end that run with a 1-0 win.
Kick off on Saturday is at 11am and all spectators are welcome – admission is free.
