Sean was formerly a PT instructor in the Army and then moved in to strength and conditioning work in the National League and with EFL players.
Sean said of his appointment: ”I’m very pleased to be on board and be involved in a club that’s on the rise. Pre-season is where most of my work happens, so it’s been good to be involved from day one and things are looking good”
Sean’s appointment was one of a number of things covered by Matt Gray in an interview followiing the first day of training today which will be going live at 5pm.
