Sutton’s Under 18 team progressed through the first round of the FA Youth Cup at Lewes, winning 3-2 to move within 90 minutes of a possible tie against Premier League opposition in the third round. Standing between them and that achievement will be Western League Clevedon Town, who won 4-1 at Aldershot on Wednesday. U’s will head down the M4 and M5 in the week beginning 12 November – exact details will be published when known.
