Youth Development Phase Lead Coach (Under 13 – Under 16)

Sutton United Football Club Academy is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic individual to oversee our U13-16 age groups. The role is full time and includes regular evening and weekend commitments. The successful applicant will manage, lead and oversee the Under 13 – Under 16 age groups of the Academy to reach objectives set out in the Academy Performance Plan. The successful applicant should be a UEFA A Licensed Coach and have experience of working within an Elite Academy.

Foundation Phase Coach (Under 9 – Under 12) – part time

The Academy is also seeking to appoint a highly motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic Foundation Age Group coach. The role is part time and includes regular weekend and evening commitments. The successful applicant will support the delivery of the Under 9 – Under 12 coaching programme, working closely with the Foundation Phase Lead and other lead phase coaches to ensure departmental performance targets are maintained and achieved. The successful applicant should be a UEFA B Licensed Coach and have experience of working within an Elite Academy.
