Reporting to the head of coaching, the successful applicant will manage, lead and oversee the U13-18 age groups of the Academy to reach objectives set in the Academy Performance Plan, managing the day to day operations of the goalkeeping department, and work with the Youth Development & Foundation Phase Lead & to plan, deliver and evaluate every coaching session in accordance with the Academy philosophy and coaching programme.

The role is full time, 37.5 hours a week and starts on 1 July 2023, and applicants should have a UEFA B License for both outfield and goalkeeping, and ideally have, or be working towards, an A license for goalkeeping, and must have experience of working within an Elite academy
