An avid Peterborough supporter, Mark’s first game was Liverpool v Ipswich, watched from the Kop at Anfield in 1979, and he completed the set of the current grounds with us on Monday, a day after completing a season of having seen every Peterborough game home and away for the first time as he saw them win 2-0 at Barnsley to clinch a League One playoff place.
Mark and Chris marked the occasion by sponsoring the match ball and are seen above with Man of the Match Sam Hart, while Mark was also presented with a Sutton United shirt by chairman Bruce Elliott to mark the occasion.
Mark is a proud trustee of the Free Kicks Foundation charity, whose aim is to provide football-related activities for ill, bereaved and disadvantaged children, giving them a day to remember with their favourite football club.
