We are delighted to announce ONE STEP AT A TIME as our charity partners for the current season.
One Step at a Time is a small local charity supporting families with special needs/disabled children in Sutton.
The aim of the charity is to bring families together for friendship and support, to allow children to express themselves through play. Their mission is to create a safe haven for all children with additional needs to have fun and develop their play skills. The chairityy raises funds for specialised toys and equipment, also accessible outings for all the family.
The every day activities that most parents take for granted can be a tiring, anxious and unpleasant experience for many families. This along with the personal journey of the Mumford family and their son Alfie led them to create One Step at a Time in the hope of reaching other families in a similar situation to their own.
