So, now we know that the National League is set to complete the 2019/20 season with play-offs that will see teams leave the national division in both directions, with clubs promoted from both the north and south divisions. We wish all these clubs taking part well and hope that everything takes place without incident.
As you may have read already elsewhere, we were successful in securing a grant of £1,500 from the Football Foundation towards preparing our pitch for the new season. We would like to thank the Football Foundation for this and it has allowed us to have the annual maintenance work undertaken.
We have had several people ask about the club bars opening up again from 4th July. Although we hope to be back in business as soon possible, unfortunately the economic case doesn't yet make sense for us. But this is definitely on our radar and we are exploring how we might be able to make this possible in due course.
Season Ticket sales for 20/21 have now passed 350 and the directors would once again like to express their appreciation for everyone's continued faith and support.
Finally, congratulations to the players and management of our under-19s academy team who have been confirmed as champions of their division. Well done to all involved.
