We continue to make progress with several opportunities to benefit from special support schemes or develop new sources of income but, as is often the nature of such initiatives, the results are not immediate and we hope to be able to communicate good news over the coming weeks.
The directors would like to thank our amazing supporters for continuing to help the club through the purchase of season tickets, another thirty seven have been sold over the past week. We are pleased to confirm that in the current ongoing situation we are extending the deadline for our season ticket Early Bird offer until the end of June.
The last two Fridays have seen the commencement of trading for the Frying Squad, selling fish and chips from a mobile catering unit in our car park. We have had good reports from people who used the service and would like to remind you that they will be in our car-park every Friday between 4pm and 9pm.
Our end-of-season award winners have now all been determined and we are working with SUFCtv to put together a special awards night show, which we hope can be shown very soon. Please keep a watch on our website and social media for details.
This weekend sees a change in the club's administration as we see Tim Allison take over from Ray Ward as Club Secretary. We thank Ray for his six years in the role, for his expert guidance and all his efforts, and welcome Tim into the hot seat. To read more, please see our website.
Even though there has been some relaxation of the restrictions that we have all had to become accustomed to, please remember that everything is not back to normal.
