We are working hard to improve the robustness of our systems to support live-streaming of matches.
To improve the reliability of our service we are implementing a new system for communicating with our season-ticket holders.
We will be sending an email to all Season Ticket holders on Friday 11th September. You do not need to reply to this email, but if your email system asks you whether you wish to allow images to be displayed, please do so, as this allows us to track whether the email arrived safely.
This process will enable us to check the “cleanliness” of our data, so that we can ensure we are sending messages to the correct addresses. This is especially important for the distribution of Live Stream access codes, which will be needed to watch matches that are played behind closed doors or with limited capacity, and are free for Season Ticket holders for home league matches.
