We can confirm that defender Joe Kizzi has joined fellow National League club Barnet for an undisclosed fee.
The 30-year old leaves the VBS Community Stadium after three years, in which he has racked up more than 100 appearances.
Kizzi joined the club in July 2021 from Bromley following their promotion to League Two, going on to be be voted Players' Player of the Year in his first two seasons with Sutton as well as the Supporters’ Club Player of the Year at the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
He would play a pivotal role throughout the U’s time in the EFL, filling in at both right back and centre back to help the club achieve an eighth place finish in their first year in England’s fourth tier, as well as playing 120 minutes in the EFL Trophy Final defeat to Rotherham United.
