Sutton United's successful women's section has vacancies for the roles of Matchday Operations Manager and Social Media Lead.
Sutton's women's first team currently plays in the London & South East Regional Women's League alongside teams such as Fulham and Millwall, which is step 5 of the English women's football pyramid, with reserve and development teams playing in the South East Counties League. The matchday operations manager will work with other areas of the club to enhance the matchday experience at women's first team home games, currently watched by crowds of around 100 but with that figure expected to double next season, while the social media lead will liaise with the club's media team and have responsibility for promotional activity of the three women's teams.
Both roles are part-time and unpaid, although may be a stepping stone to paid employment with the club, and require the ability to work at weekends and particularly Sundays, when the vast majority of matches are played.
